Lauren Gray
Lauren started Cranberry Oysters in 2015. In 2018, she left her job as one of two teachers in the Cranberry Isles’ K-8, two-room schoolhouse to pursue her second love—working on the water—full-time. She runs her farm with the help of four amazing women—Mary, Heather, Jane, & Addie.
